SHINNIPPON EXPRESS Corporation is committed to actively contributing to the creation of a social environment that enables people to live healthy and fulfilling lives.
In our logistics business, we strive to protect the green Earth by utilizing resources effectively and promoting environmental conservation. We actively work toward a sustainable, recycling-oriented society and the protection of the global environment.
■Environmental Policy
1.We identify the environmental impact of our logistics operations and continuously improve our Environmental Management System and environmental performance while preventing pollution.
2.We comply with relevant environmental laws, regulations, ordinances, and any other requirements to which we have agreed.
3.We establish environmental objectives and promote improvement activities in the following areas:
- (1)Improve operational efficiency and fuel consumption through the use of IT devices such as digital tachographs.
- (2)Reduce traffic and property damage accidents to enhance safety and quality while minimizing resource waste.
- (3)Reduce waste generation, promote recycling, advance eco-friendly activities, and contribute to society.
- (4)Promote activities with positive environmental aspects.
- (5)Standardize and streamline business operations.
- (6)Actively implement 3S (Sort, Set in order, Shine) activities to ensure warehouse safety.
4.This policy is communicated to all employees under the organization’s management, raising environmental awareness. It is also disclosed to the general public.

Based on our management philosophy, we establish the following quality policy.
- (1)Accurately identify customer needs and provide high-quality logistics services, electrical and telecommunication installation services, entrusted development operations (reliability evaluation of electronic devices), and electronic device design and manufacturing services, thereby earning customer trust.
- (2)Reduce traffic and property damage accidents to improve safety and quality while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- (3)Employees will continuously implement improvements in our Quality Management System.
- (4)Ensure all employees understand the importance of complying with laws, regulations, and other applicable requirements.

Information Security Basic Policy
Information assets are critical to both our customers and our company. Protecting these assets from various information security threats is essential.
SHINNIPPON EXPRESS Corporation and SHINNIPPON ENGINEERING Inc., as logistics service and entrusted development companies, adhere to this Information Security Policy to handle information assets accurately and safely, thereby safeguarding customer information and maintaining trust.
1.We establish and implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to properly manage information assets from the perspectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
2.We establish risk assessment criteria and methods to evaluate and protect information assets appropriately and reliably.
3.The Information Security Officer is appointed, and regular management reviews and internal audits are conducted to ensure proper implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
4.All employees receive education and training regarding the ISMS and related laws, regulations, and other requirements to which the company has agreed. Violations are subject to disciplinary action.
