Staffing is a working style based on a three-party relationship between you, SHINNIPPON ENGINEERING Inc., and the client company.
■Way of Working

First, you register with SHINNIPPON ENGINEERING as a temporary staff member. Once a job is confirmed, you will sign an employment contract with SHINNIPPON ENGINEERING. You will then begin work at a client company that has a staffing contract with us! While your daily tasks will follow the instructions and supervision of the client company, your salary, benefits, and insurance coverage are all handled by SHINNIPPON ENGINEERING with full responsibility.

Logistics
- General moving (loading/unloading, packing/unpacking)
- Office relocations (floor protection, layout changes, complete moving services)
- Drivers (delivery assistance)

Warehouse
- Picking (sorting, inspection, labeling, packing, inventory control)
- Shipping/receiving (delivery preparation, forklift operation)

Manufacturing
- Production line (assembly, supply, machine operation, setup)
- Inspection line (testing, finishing, corrections)
- Packaging line (packing, product management)

Office Work
- General clerical tasks (filing, slip management, data entry) Sales support (telemarketing, order processing)

Technical Fields
- Design (CAD, electrical/mechanical, design support, electrical testing)
- Development (network engineers, software development/analysis, technical support)

Language-based Work
- Trade clerical, English clerical, translation, interpretation
